Our English + Horse Riding Programme is a very popular choice among our students, especially during the summer season but it is available throughout the year.

We work with a fantastic Equestrian Centre – it is located about a 20-minute drive from Avanti and the instructors and staff are all very friendly, welcoming and highly professional. They can cater for any riding needs you may have from Beginner to Advanced and our students’ satisfaction rate proves it.

Equestrian Centre – Trekking & Jumping

Horse Riding at a reputable Equestrian Centre, which is located in the middle of the beautiful countryside.
Available for any number of students throughout the year.
Lessons are in groups with other Irish / foreign students or private*.
Helmets and boots can be borrowed at the Centre for free.
Accommodation: Standard Host Family but it can be combined with Farm Stay and other options.

* Private lessons (available throughout the year) €60 per hour
The lessons are totally customised to suit the student’s level and needs.

Prices for 2 weeks (sample programme for summer Juniors):
Adult Intensive English (20H/week): €480 / Junior’s General English (17.5H/week): €510
Host family: €500 (full board) / €460 (half board)
Horse Riding Programme (2H PD x 3 days PW): €600
Lifts to/from the Equestrian Centre by Avanti staff or a HF: €420 (€70 return)
Social Activities (Mon, Fri & Sat only): €400
Return Airport transfers by the Host Family: €180
Registration & Material Fee: €170 (temporary use of textbooks is included)
Accommodation Arrangement Fee: €90

Total: € 2800 − 2870 per student for 2 weeks

Important Notice
The Equestrian centres we work with in this Programme are among the top equestrian centres in Ireland and they are also recognized members of AIRE (Association of Irish Riding Establishments). At these Equestrian Centres, they pay great attention to the student’s safety. However, given the nature of the programme which involves dealing with animals, the activity may involve some danger. The students who participate in this English + Horse Riding Programme are required to sign indemnity forms at the time of the booking. Also, students should insure to have their own relevant insurance. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by their parent or official guardian.
