Amendments to Courses
Any additional chargeable supplements will be indicated at the time of booking. Any items not specifically included in the course as a standard item are subject to availability. Any items not specifically included in the course, as presented on the Avanti Language Institute website, must be requested in writing and must be confirmed in writing by Avanti Language Institute before they will be deemed to be part of the course booking.
Booking Deposits
Full payment is required with each booking. Payment in full in euro must reach our account no later than 14 days prior to arrival (21 days in the case of Experience Ireland Programmes). Services will only be provided once payment has been received. Payment may be made by:

All payments should be directed to Avanti Language Institute by fax or email quoting your Avanti Language Institute reference number.
* For group bookings, a non-refundable deposit of €200 per student to be received not later than 6 weeks before prior to arrival and full payment (balance) by 1 month before arrival.
Prices
Prices are valid for one calendar year and are revised on 1st January each year. The client will take the responsibility of ensuring they are aware of the current price for the course being booked. Avanti Language Institute reserves the right to alter prices at any other time of the year should necessary or hitherto unforeseen circumstances require it.
Cancellations & Refunds
Airport Transfers
Airport transfers are included with some courses. An airport transfer, not included with a course, may be booked as an additional item. Transfers booked in this way are subject to availability. For all transfers complete flight information must be sent to Avanti Language Institute at least 5 working days prior to the flight date. If we do not receive complete flight information (date / time / airline / flight number) Avanti Language Institute will not be able to provide the transfer service even if this is included in the course fee.
Where an included transfer cannot be provided due to insufficient information being received there will be no reduction in the course fee.
Medical Insurance and Health
Before arrival all persons participating in Avanti Language Institute courses should arrange insurance against all expenses that might arise due to accident, illness or loss of luggage, personal effects and money.
Avanti Language Institute can provide Medical Insurance to non-EU students between ages of 16 and 65 for up to 1 year. Alternatively, students may arrange their own Medical Insurance in their own country before their departure.
Students travelling from EU countries should bring the Social Security Form E1_11 with them. This only entitles students to free emergency hospital care and appointments with certain doctors. Please note that this will not cover dental visits.
Students must notify Avanti Language Institute of any medical condition that might have an effect on their stay in Ireland. Avanti Language Institute reserves the right to send students home, if in the opinion of Avanti Language Institute management, a student’s medical condition makes their continuing on a course untenable and unrealistic.
Providers of activities such as golf, horse-riding, etc. may require that minors have an insurance waiver signed by a parent, guardian or group leader before the start of the courses.
Damage
Students are liable for any damage caused by them and payment for such damage must be made immediately.
Discipline
All students will be informed of the Avanti Language Institute code of conduct and behaviour at the commencement of all courses. The breaking of Avanti Language Institute’s rules of conduct will result in disciplinary action up to and including immediate expulsion for serious offences. In the event of a student being expelled from Avanti Language Institute, there will be no refund of any type under any circumstances.
Disputes
Any disputes relating to services provided by Avanti Language Institute must be brought to the attention of Avanti Language Institute management while the complainant is in Ireland. Avanti Language Institute will not entertain complaints about services provided where these complaints were not reported to Avanti Language Institute at the time. Any legal disputes will be heard in the courts of the Republic of Ireland. Courses and bookings are subject to the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act 1980.
